One more note about December… This is open to any/all who have been registered recently or earlier in fall 2021. If you have credits from earlier (2020 or 2021) you can also rsvp for space available. There is no extra charge for those with past registration who want to use this time for their current or past passes.

At this time I will also be taking registrations and RSVPs for winter And spring classes!

Studio Closed Dec 17 -Jan 9th.

The scheduled day/times/locations for January will stay the same. However just a reminder that their are still issues surrounding the ongoing pandemic. So specifics are contingent on the local (county) Health&Safety situation as well as the facility location management. However I do not expect any closures (unless we have an outbreak at the studio of course).

THEMES Throughout this time of year starting in November and through January, we will focus on home & routine & family connections. We will also have songs & stories of toys, horses, trains. As winter continues, we will explore star light, winter weather, and more.

This time of year has family centered holidays that often highlight particular culturea. Themes from harvest/eating to lights to new year & rebirth, November to January/Feb often focus on how we connect to each other and survive the darker colder months.

We respect all the celebrations from Diwali to Hanukkah to Thanksgiving to honoring Native American/Indigenous Tribes. Although the studio doesn’t do a celebration specific to any one practice/holiday, we try to provide an atmosphere of celebration where all are welcome. I am personally Christian and one of our locations is a Christian church so you may see imagery specific to Christmas but we want everyone to know that all people and beliefs are welcome at/in class celebrations.

Late February or Early March we will have a presentation for the small group lessons inspired by Mozart’s the Magic Flute.
