Below is a synopsis of regular studio policies. Flexible when possible so if you have an issue please contact Sally.  You can also contact or check Blog for current & updated information.

  • Come comfortably clothed and be prepared to take off shoes inside. We will have available... cubbies/chairs for privates items & shoes, mats/blankets for floor exploration, chairs/tables depending on activity or request, disposable health&safety supplies. We are a No Judgement Zone respecting & supporting each other- our community is blessed with a lot of diversity, aware of personal boundaries & differing needs. 

  • Schedules and fees and even safety rules are subject to change so please check accordingly... reminders or changes posted in person at the location, website Blog, Facebook, Instagram. 

  • Official & emergency notifications are automatically done by email (email listed on your account).  Automatic texts are available however you must toggle on the 'texting' switch in your Kindermusik account (I can not do it for you for privacy issues).  You are encouraged and welcome to contact us anytime by your preferred method and if you need to be contacted about a personal issue your registration listed 'preferred method' (or how you regerly contact us) will be used. (Sally Dancy tries to stay very accessible- texting her is the fastest way to contact).

  • Total fees include materials (in studio, digital/virtual, and physical AtHome materials), tuition, and one of the following (usually small) registration, deposit or administrative fee:

  • Registration & minimum payment required to reserve a space (depends on activity, location, level requirements)                                                  

  • Classes canceled do to weather/public safety or instructor illness/emergency are rescheduled. We also work with families if rescheduling is needed for them. Full refund available if full season/session day/time is canceled by instructor and no materials have been allotted/received.  

  • Enrollment anytime (online system will do automatic prorating. Disenrollment any time BUT 1 month notice is required for auto pay, tuition adjustments, emergency refund.

  • What is non-refundable/returnable... Tuition (up to date & with a month notice of disenrollment), Materials received (includes physical & digital), and depending on location or activity a fee to cover administration (for details you'll need to pay attention to options & registration on-line details- on this website it's listed under Payment Details in the KM website it's called a deposit). 

  • Temporary disenrollment, pause/credit, tuition adjustments available for extended emergencies/unexpected TDY.

  • Be aware that all physical activity includes some risks both personal accidents & with public health;

  • For safety please record allergies, any special need, or situations (like custodial) on registration/consent form;

  • Schedules are subject to change do to enrolment, space, & instructor availability; changes in schedule are most likely around end & beginning of terms (Fall Sept-Dec, Winter/Spring lateJan-earlyMay, Summer lateMay-earlySept).

  • Pictures may be taken during activity (refrain from taking/posting non family and see registration/consent page/form(s) for more details); 

  • You are welcome to make up classes or change class times if available & requested;

  • Come to class in comfortable clothes (appropriate to activity) & prepared to take off your shoes (encouraged for Kindermusik). Nursing/bottles welcome. Please leave food/binkies/toys at home or in car (to avoid allergen & sharing issues; exceptions can be made for infants & children with a special need/support- just contact Sally)
