Winter/Spring makeups, bring a friend,

Clarification… currently enrolled Winter-Spring families have extended enrollment through to the end of May. And to the first week of June. We will have class May 5- May 22. We will be closed May 25-29 for Memorial Holiday. And then we will start back up June 2nd. June is officially the summer session HOWEVER you will be able to either request a credit or just drop in with an RSVP in June for makeups! I will have an extended holiday this summer (dates & more on this in the Summer schedule post). More on makeups & credits below…

For all current of recent enrolled families,

as the term comes to a close, here are a few important announcements…

•date of end of term has been extended into June to accommodate the studio closures that we had for illness & weather

•please make sure you have picked up your physical book & instrument to keep. If you haven’t placed an order, I will be doing one last order next week!!

•if you believe you have been absent for 4 or more classes you can request a review of your attendance (remember pricing is based assuming everyone misses 2 or 3 classes over a term). If you missed 4 or more classes you can receive a credit. Also if you are unable to come this summer to make up studio canceled classes, I can place a credit on your account so that in the future you can makeup those classes.

 •note for spring enrolled families who are enrolling for summer… if you enroll for summer before you use all your makeup days, I can credit your account for the makeups you still have coming. PLEASE contact me to have your account credited if you want it to be automatically applied at the time of summer registration.
