Service Description

Visit us free- contact us personally & privately virtually or in-person for more information about our lessons.... For kids developmentally in school, 5 or over years old. We continue to develop general creativity and arts appreciation. Working with voice, body, and a variety of instruments and objects and materials. Depending on the class, we play games, theatrical & creative exploration. For music we focus on preparing for instrument lessons including notation and instrument skills. For arts we create projects. As a creative community we work together preparing group presentations. Classes start with general creative exploration always using music as a facilitator and inspiration. As the students progress through the program they get to pick preferences. Eventually the students get to focus on their chosen expression while we prepare for both independent study and ensemble work. Choices include instruments (variety of percussion, piano/keyboard, ukulele/dulcimer, recorder/penny whistle), movement & voice with music, theater/story telling, and even visual arts (multi-media).
